I hereby authorize the Transfer/Lease of Ownership of the above animal/s for recording in the database of Simmental NZ.
Any bull that is being transferred must be DNA profiled and sire verified. This is the responsibility of the vendor.

The Vendor is responsible for the completion and recording of the transfer of any animal. Declaration of the transfer on the official form, signed by the vendor, must be received by registry within 60 days of the transfer taking place. Failure to comply will be subject to special consideration and a fine for delay will be levied.
